1. The service

FlowGraph is a local-first visual workspace with AI planning and governed agent execution, offered as a hosted app at flow-graph.com and a pip-installable local server (flowgraphapp). A verified account receives one lifetime Free Preview: one AI-built map with no card required. Continued creation, editing, sharing, publishing, and paid capabilities require an active trial, subscription, or complimentary internal entitlement.

2. Your content is yours

You own your vaults, graphs, documents, and models. We claim no rights over your content beyond what's needed to operate features you explicitly invoke (e.g., storing a vault you sync, relaying a file you send for cloud translation). Local-only content never reaches us.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email or OAuth provider. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (fraud, illegal content on synced/shared vaults, attempts to disrupt the service or exceed quotas by circumvention).

4. Subscriptions & refunds

Pro is $19/month or $190/year (one seat). Team is $35/seat/month or $350/seat/year. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.
Eligible new Pro subscriptions begin with a 14-day trial. A card is required in Stripe Checkout. You are not charged until the trial ends; cancel before renewal to avoid a charge. Accounts that have already used a trial may be charged immediately.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Cancel anytime via "Manage billing" — you keep paid features until the trial or paid period ends.
30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription: email us within 30 days of first payment for a full refund, no questions.
If a subscription lapses, your graphs remain viewable and an editable .fgraph safety copy remains downloadable. Continued editing, creation, sharing, publishing, and other paid capabilities become locked-but-visible; your data is not deleted.

5. Bring-your-own keys and third-party services

AI providers you configure (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Codex, local models, …), Autodesk APS, and other connectors are governed by their own terms. Your model subscription, API usage, and Autodesk usage may be billed separately by those providers. A third-party AI subscription does not replace the FlowGraph product entitlement. Keys you enter in the local app stay on your device unless the relevant connector explicitly says otherwise.

6. Google Maps features

When you explicitly enable the optional Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles background in Spatial World, FlowGraph includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of those Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Google credentials, usage, and quota may be governed or billed separately by Google. Our Privacy Policy explains the data sent when you choose this feature and how to turn it off.

7. Agent execution — your gates, your responsibility

FlowGraph's execution features are built around explicit human approval (dry-run by default, governed writes, approval gates). You are responsible for what you approve agents to do with your systems and credentials. Use the dry-run rehearsal; that's what it's for.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to violate law, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to attempt to breach the service's security or other tenants' isolation.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong — FlowGraph is designed to make verification easy, not to replace it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
