The rules we won't break

Governance is never paywalled. Approvals, locks, receipts, provenance — universal, or the honesty brand dies.

Your keys stay yours. We never mark up or resell inference. Bring Claude, GPT, Gemini, or a local model. Pro also includes capped hosted Voice sessions funded by FlowGraph; local Voice can always use your own OpenAI key.

Locked features stay visible. You'll always see what a tier does before paying — no dark patterns, no surprise walls.

Lapse safely. Cancel and you keep every byte and every free capability. Your vault is yours; it never leaves your machine unless you say so.

No seat hostages below Team. Pro is per-capability, one seat, no "contact sales".

One subscription, both surfaces — cloud and pip

The same signed entitlement unlocks the hosted app and the local install: pip install flowgraphapp, then flowgraph login (device code, like Claude or Codex sign-in) — the terminal and canvas read one plan. FlowGraph's external-agent MCP server is currently a separate source-checkout connector; it uses the AI app's own subscription. Local-first stays the default: your graphs stay on your device until you share them.

Fair questions

Why is the free tier this generous?
Because it costs us almost nothing: your storage is your device, your AI is your key. Free users are the acquisition wedge, not a loss-leader we'll claw back — that's why the rules above are written down.
Is there a trial?
The free tier is the trial — every agent flow runs free in dry-run and shows exactly what it would do live. If you go Pro and it isn't for you: 30-day money-back guarantee, one email.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing. Your vaults are local-first files on your machine. Paid features return to locked-but-visible; every byte and every free capability stays.
Do agents / MCP cost extra?
Reading and drafting over MCP are free forever. What's paid is live world-touching execution capacity — the thing you'd want gated anyway.
Which account pays for Live Voice?
In the FlowGraph web app, Pro includes capped hosted Voice sessions and the long-lived OpenAI key stays on FlowGraph's server. In the local pip app, each person can store their own OpenAI Platform key in the OS keychain. In Codex or Claude, that AI app's subscription powers the conversation while FlowGraph is connected through MCP; it does not fund the web Voice button.
What is Enterprise-only, and what isn't live yet?
SSO is ready for Enterprise organizations; it is intentionally not included in Free, Pro, or Team. Not live yet: realtime co-editing (sync is governed server writes + share flows, not live cursors), completed knowledge-pack auto-updates, regional pricing, and coupons.
